[mythtv-users] noob audio problems w/HVR 950 in f10

I'm new to MythTv and trying to get my WinTV HVR 950
working under fedora rawhide.  The audio isn't working
right... it works in tvtime when I use sox like so:

sox -r 48000 -c 2 -t ossdsp /dev/dsp2 -t ossdsp /dev/dsp

But I can't get MythTv to play sound except an occasional
little chirp.  I get message like this in mythbackend:
