My local lists in Warwickshire have had several large CRTs recently!
I'm still amortizing the cost of my big Sony WEGA, so I'm sticking
with that until it breaks!

My very limited experience is that regular SD DVB-T on an LCD TV can
look worse when using the built-in digital tuner than when using a
MythTV box, connected via HDMI/DVI. I'm still very happy with my big
CRT with standard definition DVB-T, and a homemade VGA->RGB SCART
cable. As to which type of TV I would get now, my limited comarison
might just plump for a cheaper 720p LCD, which supports DVI/analog
audio input.
