The easiest way to deal with this is to use the Channel Editor in Live 
TV. Create a lineup containing all of the channels you know you can get, 
as analog versions. Note the xmltvid's of the channels. Now scan for 
your digital QAM channels, then tune each, in turn, in Live TV. Use the 
'E' key to get the editor. Give the channel the XLMTVID number which you 
have for the broadcast version of the channel. You can also change the 
channel numbering scheme and name. Rinse, repeat, run mythfilldatabase 
--refresh-all --remove-new-channels. Your digital channels now receive 
the same data as their analog analogues.
