LiveTV is recording the TV signal to disk so if you can watch LiveTV you can record. I'd go to Setup -> Setup -> TV Settings -> Recording Profiles and look for the profiles that handle analog recording. I'd then look at your LiveTV settings and make sure you have the same settings for the other groups default, high, etc.
