Mmmm....I didn't move it to another host per se.  OS and DB are same.  
Just upgraded hardware components.  And then I upgraded to the latest 
SVN of 21.1.

The NFS mount is there.  Hmmm....now that I look, the file *isn't* 
there.  So perhaps I need to manually remove the metadata?

If that's the problem, I'd say the error message is a little misleading 
though.  A bit of a red herring...
