[mythtv-users] how do I stop prebuffing problems with audio

It would appear that I spoke too soon.  Newly recorded HD material is
still experiencing this stuttering problem after being  comm-flagged.
I think what's happening is that mythcommflag is corrupting the
recording (or corrupting seektable entries for that recording), and my
manual running of mythtranscode was fixing it.  Any ideas on what is
wrong or how I can fix it?
