There's Intel G35 and the nVidia 8200, there's also AMD's 780G chipset
with an integrated ATI HD3200.
I have a Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H attached to a 22" 1680x1050 monitor
over DVI and it has no problems with HD content. For HDMI support
with ATI Phoronix has an article showing one working (including audio)

With AMD have an 'e' series of processors which are an energy efficient variant.
e.g. the X2 4850e 2.6GHz (45W) and the X4 9350e 2.0GHz (65W)

cheers,
Owen.
