[mythtv-users] HTPC: Asus P5E-VM HDMI G35, GeForce 8200 mGPU or other?

I have a Asus P5Q with an Intel Core2Quad Q6600 (Q6600 is not the most
energy efficient, the 9xxx series is more efficient).

Generally speaking the Intel chips are currently significantly more
efficient (according to reviews and reports I have seen)

I also have the Asus made PCIe Nvidia geforce 8500 512mb ( which works fine
with my 1900x1200 display at full res with the latest nvdia drivers. It is
also passively cooled.
