[mythtv-users] Shaky video

I've upgraded mythtv to this version:

And now the video in the GUI in LiveTV mode is shaky.  Even the Tuner
label with the transparent background shakes, and it pauses every other
second.  I tried recording the signal right out of /dev/v4l/video0 and
playing it back in gmplayer, and it worked correctly, so it must be
something with myth.  Here's some output:

Recordings made before I upgraded to Myth 0.21 also malfunction.  They
worked correctly with the old version.  Any ideas of how to fix this?
