OK, for you the missing file is /not/ 'tmdb.xml', but 'tmdb.pl', which 
is saying that you actually are missing the whole tmdb file:

/usr/share/mythtv/mythvideo/scripts/tmdb.pl

Either correct your database settings or download the files, again.  See 
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Tmdb.pl .  I made the install commands a bit 
more verbose as to what happened.

Note, also, you may get the same behavior if you're missing the 
/usr/share/mythtv/mythvideo/scripts/MythTV/MythVideoCommon.pm file.
