Sorry, to be accurate I have:

options dvb_usb disable_rc_polling=1
options dvb_usb_dib0700 force_lna_activation=1

Try removing your second line. If it was working then removing it
should lose your signal completely. I'd imagine the module naming
would matter, but I don't really know.
