Same in Oz...

It works for some channels quite reliably ; and for others it's a hit and miss.

You can't rely on skipping the ads automatically.

What I do is press enter to store the current position and see where
I'm at ; then skip the ad.
If it's around 3 minutes later I know it's usually ok.. Otherwise I go
back to where I was and fast forward
