VNC does not rely on Xorg, it only needs a handful of libraries.  It 
runs its own completely independent X server.  Anything you do to 
xorg.conf will have absolutely no effect on a VNC server.  (This is 
assuming you're not doing something funky like tying RealVNC into the 
local X server)
