GPUs are pretty heat tolerant.  I think you should be OK up to around 90C.

If I remember right, though, your video card failed due to bad 
capacitors, correct?  In that case you may want to focus more on the air 
temperature inside the case instead of the GPU temp.  The cooler the 
better, but I get worried if I see case temps higher than 40C.
