Yes, CUDA is available in linux.  However, writing encoders and
decoders is outside the project aim, those are all inherited from
ffmpeg's libavcodec and libavformat.  Until such a thing ends up
there, it's doubtful one would see it in Myth.

x is a variable that is equal to 8 or 9.  8400, 9400.
