[mythtv-users] Error: Failed to decode frame. Position was: 0

Hey guys, I'm trying to do a lossless transcode from MPEG2 to MPEG2 on a few
recordings.  I scheduled 4 of them to be transcoded, the first two succeeded
without an issue (3.2GB->2.1GB) but the second two are giving me problems.
When mythbackend kicks off the mythtranscode, the backend log starts spewing
tons of the error message from my subject line: "Failed to decode frame.
Position was: 0" and mythtranscode consumes 100% cpu while filling the log.
The status of the transcode from the "System Information" screen shows 0%
and doesn't appear to progress.  What can I do about this to debug?  The
recordings I'm transcoding are all from the same channel and are the same
program.  Here's my backend log:
