Hmmm, seems like we have multiple behaviors.  I have the -C version  
(which I think is the -A with a bundled 90W power supply).

What are your jumper settings for "disable button" and "autostart"  
jumpers?

And which pins on did you hook the PWRSW and PWRLED wires to?

I find the flashing REALLY annoying, so I might have to pull the  
PWRLED wires...  But I'd like to have the normal behavior (LEDs on  
when on, off when off).
