Your root filesystem is full, but you need to figure out why. The 
first place I'd look is in /var, and specifically in /var/log

Personally I almost always have /var on a separate partition since 
it's far less likely to kill the system if it fills up.

PS - I find the -h option to df useful - display in human readable units.
