either a 9400GT or 9500GT will fit your bill on all account.
Note that with one with a hdmi port, at best you'll get 5.1 as with
nvidia cards it's just a spdif passthrough.

the cheapest would be a 8400gs, but it's lacking on the deinterlacing front...
