That's what I initially thought, but my commercial flagging starts after the
recording ends and there is no transcoding done so the commercials are only
flagged.  I actually went to the end of the recording and it was still in
the middle of the show and just ended abruptly.

I should have also mentioned that I am running from trunk at revision 21133.
