Yes.  Myth will not add digital channels to an analog source unless you 
specifically tell it to.

Since you're using a digital lineup, you'll need to, instead of using 
the "Fetch channels from listings source" button in mythtv-setup, go to 
the command-prompt and run:

mythfilldatabase --only-update-channels --do-channel-updates \
                 --do-not-filter-new-channels

Before doing this, you should do the video sources portion of the 
cleanup mentioned in the post I linked above to get rid of the 
"incomplete" data you have.
