Either download it directly from a mirror or 'yumdownloader -- 
enablerepo=\*rawhide --source mythtv'. Then you can simply install  
that, and/or 'yum-builddep mythtv*.src.rpm'

I keep 'em as current as I can, anyway. PowerPC svn trunk builds  
failed last time I tried them, so what's there is a few weeks old at  
the moment. Haven't had time to dig into it, too busy feverishly  
working on something else...
