rpm -qVf /usr/lib/libGL.so* /usr/lib64/libGL.so*
This command returned a few files that said they were not owned by a package.
I removed those files with and did all the steps again and completed the
whole install.
I stood up and did a dance that no one would have wanted to see, however my
quest is not complete. I then tried to use the ./build_myth.sh script to
build a package, which is the way I want to do it anyway and I got the following
failure.

ln -s libmythavcodec-0.22.so.0.22.0 libmythavcodec-0.22.so
ln -s libmythavcodec-0.22.so.0.22.0 libmythavcodec-0.22.so.0
ln -s libmythavcodec-0.22.so.0.22.0 libmythavcodec-0.22.so.0.22
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/mythmaker/rpmbuild/BUILD/mythtv-0.22/mythtv-0.22/libs/libavcodec'
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/mythmaker/rpmbuild/BUILD/mythtv-0.22/mythtv-0.22/libs'
make: *** [sub-libs-make_default-ordered] Error 2
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.tFk7Sg (%build)

RPM build errors:
Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.tFk7Sg (%build)
MythTV build error.

Help so far has been greatly appreciated however I would like some assistance to
get me through this part and actually create an RPM. I would also like to know
how to limit what is put into the package. There appears to be some switches
in the script but I can not seem to get them to work.
