A 2.6.29 kernel was pushed to updates-testing probably about 3 months
ago, but due to issues w/Xorg regressions, its stayed there... Since
people that upgraded to it generally still wanted 2.6.29, and the
updates to 2.6.27 have been minimal fixes, all new 2.6.27 kernels
have gone to updates, while updated 2.6.29 kernels keep going into
updates-testing. More or less, two separate kernels are currently being
maintained for Fedora 10 (and for Fedora 11, really -- 2.6.29 in the
release/updates repos and 2.6.30 in updates-testing).
