This is the problem. You need a different video source for each. A
video source is nothing more than a "logical name for a group of
channels available through an input"--i.e. it /must/ show only the
channels available on that input.

When doing that, make sure you connect them in order of preference and
don't set any input priorities unless you read (and understand) all of
section 12.6 in the HOWTO (and, really all of section 12).

This occurs because you've told Myth that all those channels are
available on all inputs (since you're using only a single video source).
To fix it, you'll need to do the video sources portion of
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/264034#264034 (and
you may want to do the capture cards portion, too, if you didn't connect
inputs in order of preference).
