That's a good sign, but such connections for TV are likely to be nothing close 
to what home-based users would use.

I have noticed that adverts for internet service I see in UK magazines list 
the "contention" factor, with the lower contention services selling for higher 
prices. I've never seen such a factor listed by any USA provider, but it 
seems like something a potential customer should know.
