I currently record my Sky via S-Video to a PVR150 in my myth system,
this gives me the option of watching sky tv in any other room that has
a frontend.  I bought a duskycontrol channel change box and have not
touch my sky box since.  You only need the standadrd sky box for this
as (like you say) it will only record the output of one channel but I
got a Sky HD box just in case I ever got a HD-PVR to be able to record
the actual HD channels.
