[mythtv-users] Why no active EIT scan?

Well, mythfilldatabase is running regularly, because I am currently
feeding EIT data collected with tv_grab_dvb into mythtv, and I think
mythfilldatabase is needed for this purpose.

I also think I had understood from the docs that mythfilldatabase would
not be required, if I was running EIT data, only (which is still my
intended setup).
