I recently posted on another thread about this exact same issue.  I'm on
cable also.  For me it's very intermittent, so difficult to track down.  It
seems to happen mostly on FOX, but other networks as well, both SD and HD.
Last week I noticed some serious blocking and audio dropouts while watching
live TV thru HDHR.  I flipped over to my TV's built-in QAM tuner to the same
channel, and could watch flawless picture.  Other than keeping the firmware
updated, I have not changed anything on my setup in a really long time.  I
had suspected that the issue was weather related, but I have ruled that
out.  I also have signal levels in the 80 range, so I don't think it's
either too strong, or too weak.  I don't seem to be getting any packet loss
of any kind on that box.  I'll try moving the wireless router further from
the HDHR and see if that helps.
