Depends on the version of OS X with 10.5 start the directory utility,
Click on Mounts, unlock it, and add mounts with the + sign.  As with
most nfs stuff, it works best if the uid/gid of the os x user matches
up with the uid/gid of a user on your server that has the needed
permissions.  There are docs out there that detail how to change the
uid in OS X and the scripts needed to change all the file permissions.
