So, I just checked the build scripts and osx-packager.pl and sure 
enough, it doesn't appear to have libfaad enabled.  I can try a custom 
build for you if you like.   Looks like you need -fixes 19778.   Let me 
try a couple of things and I'll post back when it looks like it's 
complete...
