I have AAC decoding working in trunk
I was one of the few that was using an HD-PVR before the AC3 firmware
came out.
I found that the faad2 decoder needs to have the configure option
--disable-drm
I found the livna packages of faad2 -libs and -devel work well on my
fedora 8, 9, and 10 computers.
