It's based on an ARM core so it's unlikely it needs one, they draw very
little power even running at that speed.

If I'm reading the datasheet correctly it looks like the SOC they're using
uses a little over 2W in total when running at 1.2G, half of that being the
core, half being the rest of the stuff. That's easy to dissipate in a plug
sized device. :)
