[mythtv-users] prebuffering pause

Those settings are set correctly.

I tried many different variations of PCI latency, all of them actually made the playback worse.

Are you sure you have extra sound buffering on and agressive sound 
buffering off?

Otherwise start experimenting with PCI latency:
