Search the archives for RESET_TMPL and/or read the README that came with 
MythWeb (and, unless your packager didn't allow it, can be accessed 
with: http://<mythweb_host>:<port>/<mythweb_path>/README --i.e. 
http://localhost/mythweb/README or whatever).
