Several months ago, storage groups for 'Videos', 'CoverArt', and a
couple added things were added to trunk, along with the ability to
stream those over mythproto.  (At least as of my current mythweb
revision) Mythweb has not been updated to understand that, so the
directory structure does not show up.

Since you're not running trunk, those named storage groups do nothing,
and this is not your problem.  The more likely possibility is that the
'VideoStartupDir' is not set properly for the machine running mythweb,
or the folder is not mounted and symlinked into the proper place,
breaking the path parsing code in mythweb.
