[mythtv-users] 0.22 prerequisistes

I'm working my way through the packages I need for trunk 0.22 and have hit
a problem.

I run stable Gentoo and the latest nvidia-driver is 180.27 but the
following define in util-vdpau.cpp only appears in the vdpau.h file
associated with 180.40 and later.
    VDP_VIDEO_MIXER_ATTRIBUTE_SKIP_CHROMA_DEINTERLACE

Is there a definitive list of the software prerequisites for trunk (I've
found the obvious ones like qt-opengl).
