Sounds like MythArchive's 'Simple - Autoplay' and 'MythCenter -
Autoplay' DVD themes will do what you want.

not quite, i can get a video to autoplay, but once it reaches the end of
that video, it wont auto play the next video on the disc. it instead just
goes to the main menu.

i would have thought that someone would have already come up with this for
watching a sequence of shows in order.
