Nope, not even a floppy or network option. I updated the BIOS to the
latest one with no change. When the machine starts up, I do get a menu
from the SATA card saying that no valid drives exist, and to press F4
to run it's RAID utility. I can go in there, but the only thing I can
do is setup both drives to be a RAID setup, and that's not what I want.
I did try moving the Removable option up higher, but it made no
difference. Same results. I also looked around on the Asus site and I
get no hits on any of those search terms. Almost as if they don't
support drives on an external SATA card or something. BTW, my MB is an
Asus M2A-VM HDMI board.
I'm starting to think that a new MB might have to be ordered. This is
very frustrating!
