I'm sorry the patch didn't help your case. Now that I look closer I see that
your timestamps are negative in value too. I can't imagine that is valid. My
guess is that there's something else wrong. I'm not sure you'll be able to
figure it out without really debugging ffmpeg, unless you can find the same
error through a google search.
