Sorry for being so stupid as to not notice this stuff more quickly but I
found t hat my missing 60 sub channels had no xmltvid numbers.  I followed
the instructions in the mythtv wiki and found the station id numbers form
HDTV Magazine and did a mythfilldatabase again but still get "NO DATA"
