I use a Noctua CPU cooler (NH-C12P) ; and it's completely silent ... even
10cm from it I can't hear much.

However, the heatsink is so efficient that I even removed the fan and it
working just fine, only 2 degres extra (35 degres average vs 33 with the
fan)

and that's in my frontend that is one 24/7...
