[mythtv-users] Error: Could not open codec 0x7f5d900bc660, id(AAC) type(Audio)

I updated my source from 19988 to 20130. I noticed the wiki
instructions have changed since my last install.
If I read it correctly, I can check out the source, build and install
and hdpvr should work.
I *did* apply the optional read buffer patch but nothing else. Am I
missing something?

hdpvr recordings made with 19988 work but with 20130 livetv and
playback recordings refuse to play with:

Error: Could not open codec 0x7f5d900bc660, id(AAC) type(Audio)
aborting. reason -1

I noticed recent commits affecting AAC upmix but no mention of what I
am seeing. Previous recordings playback.

Am I missing something?
