I have a fanless 8600 GT in my audio studio box however as it only has 256MB of
RAM I didn't think that would be enough RAM for 1080i de-interlacing to display
on a 1080p TV.

That is excellent news for me as I can get away with pretty much any card with
dual outputs for the music studio.

BTW Gigabyte have a 9600 fanless..
