Accidentally hit send (hard to type while holding a newborn), but here's
what I did:
ffmpeg -i <oldfile> -acodec copy -vcodec copy -f mpegts <newfile>
then renamed <newfile> to <oldfile>, and ran mythcommflag on it. Made the
file half a gig smaller too.
