[ FIXED ]
Changing the freqid in the channel editor didn't seem to help at all.
So, I re-ran myth setup and redid the HDHR channel scan. This time I
made sure to not fetch channel data from SD, and populated the xmlid
manually for all HD channels found during the scan.

I don't know which part of this process made it work, but it works
now. I am not going to mess with it ;).
