A 'Watt' is a Joule of Energy per second. There's no such thing as a
'Watt per hour'

Over 10 billion Euros spent to date, with a programme to spend another
10 billion during the next 30 years or so. Not much to show for it
yet other than the design for a 500MW plant in the south of France if
ITER can raise the money to build it.
