I did as you suggested and the install went OK. Now I am attempting to 
use MythTv Confiqure/Launch Mythtv Setup without much luck. I have 
created the database mythconverg in MySql. I've created the mythtv user 
on mythconverg using

 >grant all on mythconverg.* to mythtv@"localhost" identified by "mythtv";
 >flush privilages;

When I run Launch Mythtv Setup, I get a screen with a gray background 
with a list of 5 configuration items, start with "General". I looked 
through them but canceled out since I have no idea what I am doing.  One 
thing I did notice was that the list of TV formats like NTSC did not 
contain the ATSC choice, which is what I want.  Anyway can you point me 
to a good reference for these configuration steps.
