I purchased the M3N78-EM, specifically chasing the 8300 chipset. I am
no longer using the onboard graphics and purchased an 8400GS MSI card.
I could never get rid of the occasional jerky playback, no matter what
I tried.

I have had better results after installing the graphics card.

A BIOS upgrade was required to gain access to 512MBytes of shared memory.

I have yet to be able to get suspend to work properly as well, after
waking up, I can no longer re-initialise the network interface but
have not had time to dig into why...

However, your mileage may vary as others seem to have had success with
this board.
