Do they have a listed phone number? I'd just call them up and ask if they are 
on the air.

TV stations generally do not like it when potential viewers can't watch them, 
and will usually work with you to correct the problem, if they can.

I'm assuming a standard TV set can't receive them either, so that's what you 
should harp on, no need to confuse them by mentioning Myth.
